Was married for 42 years to John with two sons and a ‘honorary’ grand-daughter named Daisy and a lovely new grandson called Barnaby and I’m sure he will help with the pain of the loss of John.  His birth has been tinged with a little sadness as sadly my beloved and long-suffering husband died on 14th February 2012 and he would have loved to have been a proper granddad, but he loved Daisy so he did have that to keep him going for a while.  So I am in a different and difficult place at the moment but I am slowly coming to terms with things

Love Cards and Scrapbooking but have done all manner of crafts in my time.
Have been retired since 2010 and enjoyed the time to be able to craft.  Crafting time is now at a bit of a premium since Johns death as I now have to juggle lots of other jobs into my time.

Started blogging in June 2010 and post when I can.  My blogging friends are helping me to get through these difficult times.  I love all comments and although I try to respond to them please don’t be offended if I don’t get back to you immediately.

You asked over on my blog about how i eter my cards into so many challenges. the answer lies over on the amazing blog set up by Karen Howard here. She lists the current blog challenges with most of the actual challenges listed, so i make my card then see which challenges it fits into.

thanks for the lovely comment on my blog.
